Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
If you host a domain on our cloud hosting platform and you have a shared hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you create under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel comes with quite a lot of functions, but it’s unbelievably easy to use, so creating a catch-all mailbox takes only one mouse click. All the email addresses that you have set up will be listed in this section alphabetically and you’ll just need to click on the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the specific email address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or choose a different mailbox. Deactivating the catch-all feature is just as easy and requires one more click on the exact same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You will be able to configure a catch-all address with no more than one click in case you’ve got a Linux semi-dedicated plan with us and your email messages are handled by our cloud hosting platform. All the email addresses that you create with any domain name hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be enumerated in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Each of them will have a small-size "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to activate this feature will be to click on that icon. In the same way you will be able to disable the feature, in case you do not need it any longer. Our system will inform you in case you are trying to enable a second catch-all address for a certain domain or if there is active email forwarding, but it will never disable or change any feature automatically or without your approval.
