A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We’ll move your site(s) to our first–rate cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost data and unnecessary downtime. That is why we will do all that for you for free!We’ve got highly qualified administrators whose main task is to make sure that your site works precisely as it did on your former hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are many aspects to take into consideration – the total amount of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. That said, we do try to perform all website migrations within a 48–hour time period. Smaller–sized websites are transferred much faster – usually in under 24 hours.

A: Yes. We will need to have the name of the site that you wish us to migrate. We will also need a means to log in to your current hosting account so that we can get the files associated with your website.

A: Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the contract that we’ll have with you as a customer. We are committed to safeguarding the security of the private details gathered from the clients. For this purpose, we employ technical safety measures to avoid the loss, the misappropriation, the modification or the unauthorized disclosure of the personal info under our control. The measures include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and administrative operations to safeguard and secure the details that we obtain on the World Wide Web. When we request clients to supply financial information (such as a credit card number), this info is protected using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technique.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your former hosting provider. Once the transfer is completed, we’ll ensure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized prior to informing you that the migration is completed. After that, we will instruct you how to transfer the domain name to your hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not touch base with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform so long as we can access the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only sites that we’re unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
